Partner Central is a one-stop portal for Channel Partners that connects them to all the content and tools they need in order to manage a relationship with Motorola Solutions.
I facilitated user interviews with 40 Channel Partners to learn about their challenges with the existing portal and to learn about what is most important for them on a day-to-day basis.
I also did an analysis of the call center data and google analytics to see if we had quantitative data to support the qualitative data we collected. Below are some of the findings from the user interviews:
